Terms of Service

By using any services from aimbum.net you agree to these terms,

Refunds
All refunds are given within 15 days after services has started. No refunds on Domain Names, Dedicated Servers, or Custom Scripts. If you breach any of these terms, your refund will no longer be valid.

Limitations Of Content (Shared Hosting)
All Shared Hosting Accounts provided by Aim Bum must comply to the following standards and guidelines when referring to the content of (The Customer) Account(s).

Pornographic, Warez, Appz, IRC, Proxy, or any other illegal content is not allowed.
Fraudulent acts, spam, hate, pyramind schemes, anarchy, terrorism, and planned terrorism are all strictly prohibited.

Advertising On Aim Bum

No pornographic or Illeage contented websites.
Content of banner image must be "clean" nothing obsene.
Nothing bright and/or flashing.

Script Installation

You (The Customer) must provide the script which you would like to be installed.
50% of the quoted price is due before any work services can be provided. (Unless stated differently in the quote.) This does not include scriptlance projects.
It's up to you (The Customer) to make sure the server which you want the script installed on meets the minimum requirements of the script.
Unless stated differently in the quote, all script installations are for basic setup only. Customizations/Modifications such as changes to the scripts code, database, layout, and or design are not included with basic installation.
Installation is complete once full payment is made by you (The Customer).
After installation is complete, I will not be responsible for any custom changes you make which results in a non working script.

I guarantee each installation. If I am not able to install the script, I will refund your money.

Modifications to the Terms of Service
Aim Bum reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
